This Legal Notice governs the access, browsing and use of the website www.gusano.org (hereinafter, the “Website”), owned by GUSANO FILMS S.A.S. Accessing and using the Website implies full knowledge and acceptance of the terms set out herein.

Purpose

The purpose of the Website is to present the activity of Gusano Films as a production company specialised in documentary film and new formats, as well as its portfolio of projects. Gusano Films reserves the right to modify the contents, services and terms of the Website at any time and without prior notice.

The User agrees to make appropriate and lawful use of the Website and its contents, in accordance with current Colombian legislation, good faith, accepted standards of conduct and public order.
