Faced with the impossibility of finding bills that any citizen could understand, and discovering how few proposals addressed the health crisis caused by COVID-19, I decided to create a fictional character: “DORA SENA”, Senator of the Republic of Colombia, generated by an artificial intelligence system. DORA wants to open a space for reflection in the middle of the pandemic. Can a machine draft bills for dystopian situations?
